A college in Colorado seeks vendors to provide promotional items, branded apparel, and merchandise services on an as-needed basis to support various institutional initiatives. These products are intended for use in student outreach, enrollment, employee uniforms, and a variety of campus-wide events.

The scope of work includes two main categories: Category A covers logoed promotional goods such as drinkware (cups, mugs, bottles), office supplies (writing instruments, notebooks, binders, adhesive notes), accessories (bags, lanyards, flash drives), hardware (lapel pins, badges, earrings), novelty items (stress balls, keychains, magnets, silicone wristbands), personal care products (sunscreen, first aid, lip balm), stickers/decals, temporary tattoos, and display materials (banners and table covers). Category B includes logoed apparel such as event shirts (screen printed), uniforms (embroidered), general employee clothing (business, casual, recreational wear), outerwear of various weights, and accessories like caps and hats.

All vendor questions must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
