(1) Vendor needs to provide program pathways mapper administrative tool.– Maintenance and operations and enhancements of the program pathways mapper administrative tool.– Developed with scalability, security, and usability in mind, the system comprises two core applications, the Student–Facing Application and Administrative Tool, each tailored to meet specific user needs while working cohesively as an integrated platform– System is fully accessible through modern browsers on desktop and mobile devices, requires no software installation, and complies with relevant accessibility standards and state mandates.– System operates entirely within modern web browsers and is fully accessible on smartphones, tablets, and desktop devices, eliminating the need for software downloads or local installations.– System enforces robust authentication through user credentials and/or Single Sign–On(2) Notice of Intent due on November 3, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
