DESCRIPTION

The City of Dallas, through its Office of Bond and Construction Management, is establishing a pre-qualified list of firms to provide program management services for capital improvement projects. Services include scope and budget verification, program coordination, planning, design and pre-construction oversight, construction administration, commissioning, and dashboard reporting.
