The government authority in Washington is seeking a contractor to provide program administration, investment management, or both through an integrated solution. Required services may include program operations, IRA administration and recordkeeping, custodial and customer support, online platforms, reporting, compliance, communications, and the design, management, monitoring, and reporting of program investment options.
The contractor will monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the program and implement necessary updates to processes, disclosures, and educational materials. Responsibilities will also include engaging employers subject to the program mandate, supporting exemptions or compliance, providing payroll integration options, and operating a secure, mobile-optimized, ADA-compliant platform available 24/7 except for scheduled maintenance.
The contractor will provide customer service for employers, employees, participants, beneficiaries, and authorized third parties. Live representatives must be available at least from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with voice response and online servicing available outside staffed hours. The contractor will also develop communications for employers and employees, including social media, email, and direct mail. The contract term will be seven years. Questions are due September 15, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 1, 2026.
