DESCRIPTION

The district is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive professional signage services for a range of facilities including school campuses, athletic facilities, support buildings, transportation facilities, administrative offices, and additional district-owned properties. Services will be delivered on an as-needed basis to address routine and emergency signage requirements.

Scope of work includes the manufacture and installation of aluminum letters, plate aluminum letters, single-faced and double-faced monument signs, building identification signage, logo lettering systems, mascot logos (such as Tiger and helmet logos), and various campus or event-related signage. Emergency services may involve the immediate replacement or repair of damaged or missing campus identification signs, safety, directional, or traffic control signage, as well as illuminated sign failures that impact campus operations or safety.

Additionally, signage services are required to support branding initiatives, ADA compliance efforts, renovations, new construction, and emergency situations. The ideal vendor will have the capability to respond quickly to urgent requests while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship and regulatory compliance.
