The City of Ames is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional recruiting services for the position of Electrical Engineering Manager within the Electric Services Department. The selected firm will be responsible for reviewing the position profile, actively recruiting highly qualified candidates, conducting follow-up interviews, ensuring candidate qualifications, and providing a comprehensive list of recommended candidates. The firm must also ensure candidates fit within the City's salary range and provide EEO data at the close of the search. The contract includes a guarantee that if the selected candidate leaves within 18 months, the firm will re-engage the recruitment process at no additional charge.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a registered supplier in AmesBids to submit a proposal
Must provide resume, background, and qualifications of the firm representative(s)
