The Port in California is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide on-call professional photography services. The selected vendor will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of the Port’s operations, events, facilities, and community activities. These images will be used in publications, presentations, social media, websites, advertisements, and other communication platforms to showcase a diverse range of subject matter, including terminals, community events, meetings, business functions, and professional portraits.

Vendors should be able to manage all aspects of a photo shoot, including technical setup, lighting, and equipment, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with Port staff. The anticipated contract will be for a period of one year. Interested vendors can attend an optional pre-bid meeting scheduled for February 10, 2026, and must submit questions by February 17, 2026.
