Vendor needs to provide professional photography services to capture high–quality images of operations, events, facilities, and community activities. Provide on–call professional photography services on and around property for use in publications, presentations, social media, websites, advertisements, and other communication platforms. Services are required to document a wide range of subject matter, including terminals, community events, meetings, business functions, and professional portraits. Additional services may include managing all aspects of a photo shoot, such as, lighting, equipment, and technical setup, and the ability to work independently or as part of the Port team. An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026. All questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. A contract period will be for one year.
