(1) Vendor needs to provide professional head start management software– including child and family data tracking in the areas of eligibility, enrollment, attendance, health, and inclusion services, parent and family engagement services, and child educational components. A. Customizable software to meet the agency’s needs, B. Provide data collection and reporting components which shall include i. ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, Attendance) capabilities, ii. Family Engagement, iii. Health, iv. Inclusion, v. Education, C. Ability to customize reports, D. Availability for customized training and consultation, E. Electronic signature pad, F. Ability to pull reports for annual PIR (Program Information Report), G. Ability to track and report in–kind, H. Ability to receive and store file attachments, I. Ability to track tasks, i.e. calendars and reminders, J. Ability to communicate with parents through email and/or text.
