DESCRIPTION

The county is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional general and forensic photography services. These services include capturing photographs and video recordings, as well as producing prints and videos in quantities and sizes as required. The vendor will be responsible for maintaining secure, protected, and environmentally controlled archival files of negatives, digital images, and videos created for the county’s use.

Additional responsibilities include offering expert advice, opinions, court testimony, and related assistance connected to the photographic services. The selected proponent must designate both a primary and back-up color processing laboratory, which must be acceptable to the county, to handle film, photo, scan, and video processing services. It is essential that all services are conducted promptly to avoid operational delays, in accordance with all applicable laws and professional standards relevant to such work.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for June 11, 2026, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
