(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural services to the government authority located in Pensacola, FL.– The Scope of Services shall consist of the provision of comprehensive architectural support relating to building systems and shall include, but not be limited to, the full range of professional services customarily associated with the planning, programming, design, and construction of facilities.– Such services are to be performed in a manner that ensures alignment with, and advancement of, the agency stated mission, objectives, and operational requirements. All work shall be carried out in strict compliance with applicable laws, codes, regulations, and professional standards governing architectural practice. • Preparation of Computer–Aided Design (AutoCAD) documents, including all supporting materials, in conformance with applicable building codes and rules and regulations of agencies having jurisdiction. – Preparation of presentation documents utilizing Building Information Modelling (BIM) tools such as Revit, or other 3D rendering software. • Submitting design drawings to agency for review at the 30% and 90% completion milestones. – The Consultant shall address all agency comments and redlines prior to the issuance of the Final 100% construction documents. – Final deliverables shall include complete hard copy sets and electronic PDF and AutoCAD files. • Assist in analyzing the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and recommend acceptance and/or rejection to the agency. – Provide standard bidding–phase services, including assisting the agency during the solicitation, evaluation, and negotiation of construction bids. • Provide contract services for the full duration of construction, inclusive of weather delays or any other approved extensions of time. – Conduct monthly site visits during construction and prepare written progress reports documenting the quality, status, and stage of work.
