A government authority in Pensacola, FL is seeking a qualified provider of professional architectural services to support a wide array of facility development activities, including planning, design, and construction administration. The scope of work covers all phases of facility projects, from initial programming and design development through to construction support, with a focus on strict adherence to applicable laws, codes, and professional standards.

The selected firm will be responsible for preparing architectural documents and presentation materials using Computer-Aided Design (AutoCAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) software such as Revit or comparable 3D rendering tools. Design submissions are required at the 30% and 90% project milestones, and all agency feedback must be incorporated before final construction document delivery. Both hard copies and electronic files (in PDF and AutoCAD formats) are to be provided as part of the deliverables.
