DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Gadsden, Florida is seeking professional architectural consulting services to support ongoing and future county projects. These services may include master planning, concept design, and cost estimates for various facilities development options, as well as energy studies and recommendations for sustainability improvements and integration of energy-efficient systems, including Green Globe and alternative energy solutions.

Vendors will provide architectural and engineering support for projects such as new facility construction, facility retrofitting, remodeling or rehabilitation, forensic investigations, interior remodeling design, landscape design, water intrusion studies, roof evaluation and repair, as well as mechanical, civil, electrical, structural, and acoustical engineering. Additional responsibilities can include building air quality control and services related to project inspection, management, and administration. The services are to be provided as specified by task orders for each individual project.
