DESCRIPTION

The City of St. Cloud, Florida is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive professional architectural and landscape architectural services. The selected firm will collaborate with City staff to develop project programming and layout, create schematic floor plans indicating programming square footages, and prepare preliminary elevation drawings. Additionally, the vendor will develop preliminary specifications, detailing construction types, material quality standards, and finishes, as well as specifying minimum requirements for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, audio/visual, and fire alarm systems.

Scope of work includes preparation of complete construction documents for new buildings, renovations of existing buildings, upgrades to building infrastructure, and landscape architecture projects. Additional responsibilities involve conducting feasibility studies, providing permitting services, cost estimating, and utility designs associated with architectural plans, including electric, CATV, and telecommunications. The firm will also be required to establish architectural standards for all applicable projects.
