The government authority in New Mexico is soliciting proposals for comprehensive architectural and engineering services to support the development of the Integrated Digital Enterprise Accelerator Lab Facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for all phases of the project, including planning, programming, design, coordination, documentation, procurement support, construction administration, commissioning coordination, and project closeout.
The scope of work includes architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology/telecommunications engineering services. The vendor must also provide expertise in code compliance, life safety, and any additional specialty consulting required to ensure a complete and operational facility. Coordination among disciplines and effective project management are critical to successful delivery.
Vendors must demonstrate their ability to manage complex projects for similar facilities and coordinate across all required engineering and specialty consulting disciplines. The awarded contractor will play a key role from inception through completion, ensuring a high-functioning, compliant, and state-of-the-art accelerator lab facility.
