The vendor will provide production, translation, and broadcast services for a 20-minute weekly radio program during a one-year contract period. The program will use inspirational stories and interviews to encourage attitudes and behaviors aligned with specified values and goals.

The vendor will schedule and record interviews in French with guests selected by the embassy, using questions provided by the embassy. French-language recordings, including previously recorded embassy-provided episodes identified for translation, will be translated into Malinke, Sousou, Poular, Guerze, and Kissi.
