(1) Vendor needs to provide production partner services.– An experienced production partner to deliver nine episodes of agency podcast– Manage end–to–end production – from editorial development and host/guest coordination to recording, editing, and final delivery – ensuring one stand–alone episode and eight Season 5 episodes are produced on time and to the highest editorial and technical standards. – Team with deep expertise in podcast production and a collaborative, innovative approach. – Develop storyboards and scripts that reflect agency mission and tone of voice – Manage all aspects of host and guest engagement—including sourcing, briefing, scheduling, and supporting contributors throughout the process – Oversee all logistical elements of production, including studio and remote recording arrangements, rights and permissions, and safeguarding – Record, edit, and deliver high–quality audio and video content, ensuring accessibility and compliance with editorial standards – Produce promotional assets to support audience growth and engagement – Implement robust project management to keep all activities on schedule and within budget – Collaborate with agency to integrate recommendations and toolkits from our Podcast Growth Strategy (2) An expression of interest due on February 2, 2026.
