Production Partner Services

An agency is seeking an experienced production partner to deliver nine podcast episodes, encompassing one stand-alone episode and eight installments for Season 5. The selected partner will manage the complete production process, including editorial development, host and guest coordination, recording sessions, audio and video editing, and final content delivery. A demonstrated expertise in podcast production and a collaborative, innovative working approach are required.

Responsibilities include developing storyboards and scripts that reflect the agency's mission and tone, managing all aspects of host and guest engagement—such as sourcing, briefing, scheduling, and contributor support—and overseeing logistical arrangements for both studio and remote recording. The vendor must also address rights and permissions, ensure safeguarding, and deliver accessible content that complies with the highest editorial standards.

Additionally, the production partner will be responsible for creating promotional assets to support audience growth and engagement. Effective project management is essential to keep the project on schedule and within budget. Close collaboration with agency staff to integrate recommendations and toolkits from the agency's Podcast Growth Strategy is expected.
