Production Black and White Photocopier and Color Multifunction Printer Services

The government authority in Concord, New Hampshire seeks a vendor to provide a production black and white photocopier, printer, and scanner device, as well as a color multifunction printer, either by purchase or through a lease-to-own arrangement. The selected vendor will also be responsible for comprehensive maintenance services for these devices over a five-year contract period.

All proposed devices must include the necessary parts, hardware, and internal software to support photocopy, print, and scan functions. Devices offered must not be discontinued or out-of-production models as of the bid opening date and should be Digital Monochrome Multifunction Devices. Required specifications include a touchscreen control interface, a minimum monthly duty cycle of 1,000,000, at least five adjustable paper drawers (with three drawers using vacuum feed), and a combined total capacity of 7,500 sheets. Devices must support media from 8-1/2” x 11” up to 12” x 18” and handle paper weights ranging from 70 to 300 gsm.
