The scope includes printing 4-color, 2-sided newsletters on 100# Anthem Gloss Text, folding, and delivery to Direct Mail Works in Richmond, Virginia. The contract period runs from the date of award through November 23, 2026.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a DSBSD-certified micro or small business for award priority
Must provide a hard copy proof to the DMAS Contract Administrator at 600 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219
Must deliver printed materials to Direct Mail Works at 4331 Carolina Ave, Richmond, VA 23222
Must use 100# Anthem Gloss Text paper or DMAS approved equivalent
Must provide 4-color printing on both sides with bleeds
Must fold newsletters in half to 8.5" x 5.5" on the horizontal edge
Must band or shrink wrap in quantities of 50 or 100
Must ensure boxes do not exceed 10lbs
Must clearly label boxes with the newsletter code and 1126
Must provide samples to DMAS at 600 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23219 at the time of delivery
Must not subcontract the work
Must maintain Commercial General Liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate
