Philadelphia seeks a vendor for high-quality printing and packaging of multiple types of mailing envelopes for government use.

Must be enrolled in the City's Annual Bid Security Program
Must pay a non-refundable Annual Bid Security Program fee of $100.00
Must pay a non-refundable Bid Processing Fee of $25.00 per quote
Must be a bona fide manufacturer of or dealer in the specified items
Must demonstrate ownership or direct operational control of required equipment
Must use offset lithographic printing processes exclusively
Must meet minimum equipment requirements including envelope converting, offset printing, die-cutting, folding, gumming, and window patching
