(1) Vendor needs to provide prescription drug monitoring program services to the government authority located in Missouri.– Provide a Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, including data collection, web portal, and an integration solution.– Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) solution must allow the Task Force administrator(s) to search, correlate, query, and match records on variables contained in the PDMP.– Provide an ad hoc audit report for the Task Force that identifies dispensers that have not submitted a report or have been rejected.– PDMP solution must allow the Task Force staff to produce reports displaying records that were submitted containing incomplete, invalid, or missing data including DEA, NDC, or NPI numbers.– contractor’s PDMP must provide a user account registration workflow:– The contractor’s PDMP solution must use two (2)–factor authentication.– Each user account must have a unique user identification/password combination.– Allow users the opportunity to change passwords at each logon.– Provide logon and logoff capability.
