DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a comprehensive public health campaign aimed at raising awareness about pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). The campaign must feature a portfolio of creative assets that align with a selected theme, including recruitment and screening of spokesmodels who represent priority populations and can deliver personalized PrEP advocacy in their communities.

The vendor will design a digital social media toolkit and campaign webpage, compiling all assets in shareable formats for use by community partners. All materials must undergo agency review and approval prior to dissemination. Coordination with community partners is required, involving strategies to reach target audiences via grassroots and paid media approaches, support for branded giveaways, and facilitating regional awareness initiatives.

Additionally, the vendor will manage and coordinate a campaign launch event, such as a statewide webinar, and oversee distribution of the toolkit and other resources for Pre-exposure Prophylaxis Aware Week. The contract is set for a one-year period.
