DESCRIPTION

The City of Fort Collins is seeking a qualified vendor to provide postcard printing and mailing services for Connexion, the city’s broadband utility. Connexion conducts approximately 10 to 15 direct mail campaigns annually, mainly utilizing a 5” x 7” double-sided postcard format printed on standard heavy card stock.

The selected provider will be responsible for both printing and mailing the postcards for these campaigns. Artwork for the postcards will be supplied as Adobe Acrobat PDF files. The city prefers to partner with a single service provider capable of managing the end-to-end process for all scheduled direct mail initiatives.

All vendor questions regarding the project must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
