South Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a fully hosted SaaS platform to support post-election audits carried out by state and county election officials. The solution will serve approximately three state-level and around one hundred county-level election officials, facilitating secure and efficient audit processes.

The required platform must include dedicated project management services, secure mechanisms for data ingestion, validation, and transfer, as well as independent tabulation and comparison reporting tools. Key functionalities should cover audit execution, comprehensive reporting, and provision of post-audit data access and retention. Additionally, the vendor will be expected to deliver training, as well as ongoing technical and logistical support to ensure the success of audit operations.
