DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide portable communications support services through a professional services contract. The scope involves the design, configuration, support, and implementation of an industrial data integration system utilizing Wonderware OMI and MQTT protocols to enhance portable communications and associated systems.

The vendor will be responsible for managing both verbal and written communications, including facilitating meetings, presentations, and correspondence among the consultant, subconsultants, and district staff. The vendor must identify contract staff authorized to incur reimbursable expenses such as travel, and ensure all invoices from the consultant and subconsultants meet project standards and accuracy requirements. Additionally, the vendor will be tasked with developing and maintaining a district-approved, PC-based master spreadsheet to track all contract and subcontract budgets, billings, contract changes, and invoice activities throughout the contract's duration.

The Consultant and all Subconsultants must address and resolve any budget or invoicing issues promptly and ensure the accuracy of subconsultant billing summaries prior to their inclusion in the contract master invoice.
