KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have graduated from a polygraph school accredited by the American Polygraph Association
Must hold full membership in Illinois with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation and the American Polygraph Association or the American Association of Police Polygraphists

Must have the in-house personnel and resources to complete a minimum of 35 Sworn Correctional Officer pre-employment polygraph examinations in a 14-day period

DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide professional polygraph testing services for its county sheriff’s office HR department. The selected vendor will be responsible for audio and video recording all investigative examinations and providing copies of these recordings to the department.

All examination tracings and charts must also be submitted to the HR department as requested. The vendor is expected to analyze examination charts, identify any unusual circumstances, and submit comprehensive reports detailing the polygraph results. In addition, the vendor will perform quality assurance measures to ensure conformance to established polygraph examination standards, confirming that all documentation is complete, securely stored, and confidentiality is preserved.
