The State of Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide policy management software that offers robust security, comprehensive lifecycle management, and advanced integration capabilities. The software must adhere to rigorous security standards, including continuous risk assessment, the development and implementation of secure procedures, and ongoing monitoring for effectiveness. Compatibility with existing information technology standards and the state’s information security framework is required for all IT-related products or services included in the solution.
The preferred solution will feature a centralized, web-based repository to manage and track every phase of the policy lifecycle. Full functionality must be available across both desktop and mobile platforms, allowing users to complete tasks on either device. Seamless integration with state-supported software is essential. Additional features include version control for audit readiness and compliance, automated archiving of policies, analysis tools for identifying and removing redundant language, and evaluation features to assess policy relevance and operational impact. Automated notifications should be generated based on policy events and customizable workflows.
The initial contract term will be for two years. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for December 3, 2025, and all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by December 17, 2025.
