(1) Vendor needs to provide policy software.– Robust and comprehensive security standards that permeate all levels of the organization.– Security standards include assessing security risks, developing, and implementing effective security procedures, and monitoring the effectiveness of those procedures.– Proposed solution involves information technology–related products or services, all such products or services are to be compatible with any of the technology standards found in information security framework.– Provide a centralized, web–based repository to manage and track every stage of the policy lifecycle.– Offer full functionality across both desktop and mobile platforms, enabling users to complete all tasks on either device.– Integrate seamlessly with State–supported software.– Include version control to support audit readiness and compliance.– Automatically archive policies.– Analyze policy language to identify and eliminate redundancies.– Evaluate existing policies for relevance, alignment, and operational impact.– Generate automated notifications triggered by policy events and customizable workflow needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
