City Of Loveland
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The City of Loveland, Colorado, seeks qualified vendors to provide comprehensive retirement plan services for its police department. The provider will be responsible for trust custody, plan administration, recordkeeping, participant education, and communication, as well as offering a robust platform for investment services. The chosen provider must develop and maintain a dedicated participant website along with employee communication materials, and should have at least one local representative to support plan participants.
The provider is encouraged to deliver objective financial advice to participants without receiving commission-based compensation or financial incentives directly related to this advice. Additional services required include automating administrative processes to minimize the burden on the plan sponsor, processing domestic relations orders, and administering emergency withdrawals. The investment platform must grant access to a wide range of investment alternatives, including mutual funds and collective investment trusts, with options such as a Self-Directed Brokerage Account window. All fee structures must be clearly stated, both as asset-based and per-participant amounts. An organized and effective plan conversion, supported by a dedicated transition team, is essential for a successful partnership.
Interested vendors are required to submit all questions regarding the RFP no later than June 12, 2026.
