(1) Vendor needs to provide plagiarism detection solution.– Provide and support a plagiarism detection software or an alternative to ensure academic integrity across its various instructional platforms, including Higher Education, Flexible Learning, and K–12.– Must provide a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) Solution.– Meet 99.999% uptime standard– must be able to deliver platform availability and storage– Ability to support at least one million+ API calls per day– Solution must have the ability to support user roles to manage hierarchical levels of access– Solution must have the ability to access any of the Proposer(s) applications via all the major commercially available web browsers (e.g., Edge, Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) on any device (i.e., PC, Mac, mobile devices, etc.).(2) A pre–bid online solicitation conference will be held on November 11, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025.
