The selected vendor will provide comprehensive photography and videography services, accommodating both full-day and half-day on-site sessions. Services include planning, execution, and production of original photographic images, with capabilities for both individual and group portrait sittings such as student and graduation portraits. Event photography for school functions, including ceremonies, academies, tournaments, and special events, will also be required.
In addition, the vendor must offer on-site filming and videography, manage audio recording and sound, and provide post-production editing services. Responsibilities include sourcing and licensing music and other media assets as needed. All media should be made available in web-ready formats optimized for streaming and download. The vendor is required to provide and maintain a secure, user-friendly online platform that allows schools, parents, and guardians to view and select photographic proofs, place and process orders, and conduct secure payment transactions.
The contract for these services will be for a one-year period.
