A vendor is sought to provide photography and videography services for a range of major library events, including several exhibition opening events in April and one of the 'One Book' events. The contractor will be responsible for taking professional photographs and, where applicable, producing videos to enhance the experience of event participants and support the promotion of library programs.

These audiovisual materials will be utilized to increase engagement, document key moments, and promote ongoing and future library activities. The scope includes both planned and on-demand coverage of significant events, with an emphasis on high-quality deliverables suitable for marketing and archival purposes.
