(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy management software.– Software should streamline prescription processing and inventory management.– Prescription processing and customizable workflows for prescription processing, inventory, and claims.– Inventory management with automated reordering and multiple wholesaler support.– System must be delivered as Software–as–a–Service, hosted and maintained by the vendor or a designated cloud provider.– Point–of–sale (POS) capability with real–time prescription status, and signature capture at multiple stations.– Barcode scanning and labeling for safety and verification.– Pharmacist Review features such as configurable alerts and documentation.– Electronic transfer of prescriptions including controls.– Drug label accessibility standard compliance (large print, Braille, QR code or equivalent tool for audible prescription readers and preferred language accessibility.– Clinical alerts (e.g., morphine equivalents, pregnancy, lactation).– System should be accessible via standard web browser without requiring local installation.– Tracking of refill requests and approvals within the system.– Real–time inventory management.– Real–time alerts for inventory, compliance, and workflow issues.– Integration with student information system to prepopulate system with students and charge student account.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7,2025.
