Seeking a permitting software platform for New Hampshire that integrates with existing systems, streamlines processes, and enhances customer service.
Vendor needs to provide permitting software. – Provide permitting software platform that is transparent, easy to use, coordinates across multiple departments, provides opportunities to schedule permitting inspections, integrates with the agency’s Assessing, GIS, and financial platforms, and is customer focused. – The software platform should reduce manual processes and increase productivity, reduce redundancy, provide improved customer service, reduce paper and paper-oriented processes, improve integration between applications and other systems, take advantage of new technology (specifically mobile capabilities), and allow citizens, contractors, and business owners the ability to interact efficiently through the application and permit process. – The software should be able to be viewed by both municipal staff and the public, with certain public restrictions. • The software must be able to be integrated with ArcGIS Online. • Ability to migrate from the Permit Eyes platform with historical information of past permits/applications, linking to the property address and/or Map/Block/Lot. • Provide audit tracking for user auditing and workflow. • Provide notification when an application or permit has been updated by staff or an outside party or when new information has been received. • Applications/permits should be gated to ensure all information has been submitted prior to hitting the “submit” button. • Include user manuals/training videos for succession planning • Allow real time inspection results to be publicly available to all users including notification via email to the permit holder. • High availability and disaster recovery capability, describe in detail. • Strong security features, including data encryption in transit and at rest, multifactor authentication and audit trails. • Validate contractors are licensed with the State of New Hampshire as applicable. • Provide warnings for permit expirations. • Ability for applicants to upload documents up to 500MB in size
