(1) Vendor needs to provide permit education and communication services.– Website Expansion and Management:– Expand the existing Wordpress instance including updated navigation and plug–ins.– AI integration for populating the location image database and a new chat tool– Hosting services, SSL, and URL redirect management.– Educational Media and Design Content:– Video services to help set expectations for on–site inspections including coordination with multiple departments including but not limited to fire, building code, and parking + transportation– Communications and Messaging Campaign– A public awareness campaign (utilizing the above content) designed to help industry professionals understand why permitting is important while reducing fear of business loss or other intrinsic barriers to applying for and maintaining proper permits.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 3, 2025.
