(1) Vendor needs to provide perinatal mental health promotion service: Developing a detailed work plan to describe the work to be completed during the contract term, including activities, outputs, timeline, and staff roles. Providing universal knowledge and content expertise regarding Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders to develop system level approaches through 4 one-hour webinars offered in partnership with agency. Provide support to funded communities who are currently engaged in community-building efforts related to Taskforce support and community planning, including supporting communities in planning for and identifying community training opportunities, increased community engagement, supporting evaluation activities, planning Taskforce agendas, and supporting Taskforce leaders with facilitation strategies. Provide trainings to stakeholders and communities. Facilitate peer connection opportunities for support group facilitators, 1:1 peer support program provider, and task force leaders. Disseminate informational resources for funding and sustainability of support groups and other community Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder intervention resources. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 3, 2026.
