An opportunity is available for a qualified vendor to deliver a comprehensive digital transformation solution migrating PeopleSoft systems to Oracle Cloud. The project involves working within a complex, multi-entity, and multi-user environment, requiring significant experience in PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Fusion migrations, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Financials, tribal enterprise accounting, and sophisticated workforce management solutions.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, and deployment of security for both Oracle Cloud SaaS and PaaS modules. Key project components include conducting three full cycles of data conversion and reconciliation, supporting the implementation for approximately 100 system users, managing over five integrations, developing more than six PaaS extensions, and producing over 100 reports. Additionally, the scope covers leading ten or more Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure knowledge transfer.

A critical aspect of this engagement is the development and execution of a robust change management strategy. This includes stakeholder communications, impact assessments, engagement planning, sponsorship initiatives, readiness assessments, and comprehensive rollout plans. The implementation will take place within the United States.
