(1) Vendor needs to provide payment processing and financial services platform.– Payment Processing and Financial Services Platform for Workday which includes certified integration with Workday.– User Interface (UI): A mobile–first, user–friendly interface for students and staff.– Minimize the overall costs for accepting payment cards.– Workday Certified Partner able to fully integrate natively or via APIs with Workday Student and Workday Financials where applicable.– Option to not charge an enrollment fee for students to enter into a payment plan.– Flexibility in creating the structure of the Payment Plan (number of months, terms, etc.)– Ability to set up payment plans for past–due balances.– Student–facing payment portals with mobile optimization.– Payment Processing: A secure online portal for accepting a range of payment types, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, digital wallets, and ACH/eCheck.)– Student Account Payments: Support for tuition and other student fees, with features for payment plans and authorized payer access.– In–Person Payments: Point–of–Sale (POS) devices for card–present transactions at various campus locations, which must be PCI compliant.– Develop and support a comprehensive management system that will automate, unify, and secure all related business transactions.– Real–time reporting and reconciliation: Robust, customizable reporting tools to support daily reconciliation, audit trails and ongoing financial oversight.– Cloud–hosted payment processing software– Secure processing of credit/debit cards, ACH, and digital wallets(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2025.
