A vendor is sought to deliver a Pay-As-You-Go Software as a Service (SaaS) solution that integrates payroll and workers’ compensation for users in New York. The platform will facilitate the billing and collection of payroll and workers’ compensation classifications from multiple sources, including payroll processing companies, payroll software providers, and directly from policyholders.

The selected vendor will be responsible for comprehensive data migration services, which include preparing data through cleansing, transformation, and normalization to ensure accurate transfer to the new platform. The process will involve a thorough test migration, with business users performing User Acceptance Testing prior to the final migration. Additional deliverables include documentation of data inventory, cataloging, mapping walkthroughs, and procedures for data deletion and document destruction in both training and production environments. A detailed migration plan covering both databases and documents is also required.

The contract will span three years, with a deadline specified for the submission of questions regarding the solicitation.
