(1) Vendor needs to provide Pay–As–You–Go software as a service. – An integrated payroll and workers’ compensation, Pay–As–You–Go platform for the billing and collection of payroll and workers’ compensation classifications from multiple payroll processing companies, payroll software companies, and directly from policyholders. – Perform necessary data preparation steps including cleansing, transformation, or normalization so the data can be migrated to new data platform. – Conduct comprehensive test migration to ensure that data is migrated into the new data platform completely and accurately; business users will perform User Acceptance Testing to provide sign–off for full data migration. – Data inventory, data catalog, and data mapping walkthrough documentation. – Data deletion and document destruction (training and production environments). – Data migration plan (includes database and documents). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
