The contractor must provide at least four patient assisted parking attendants with staggered start times to maintain continuous coverage and wait times of 10 minutes or less between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. One full-time lot attendant must also provide continuous coverage from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with patient assisted parking attendants providing relief for mandatory breaks.
