The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive rental and event management services for its parks facilities. The selected Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an annual business and marketing plan aimed at increasing rentals of managed facilities. This plan must include, at minimum, a dedicated website, a digital marketing strategy, industry-specific outreach such as participation in bridal shows, and other promotional efforts as needed. All marketing materials and promotions will require review and approval by the Parks department prior to release.

In addition to marketing, the Manager will oversee all aspects of facility rental services, including hosting client meetings, managing reservations, coordinating with vendors, accepting deposits and payments, and scheduling events. The role also encompasses managing reservation payments, keeping detailed records, and proposing the most efficient methods for tracking and communicating reservations, payment schedules, and event-related expenses. The Manager is expected to maximize facility usage, enhance the profile of Cincinnati parks, and generate revenue to support Parks operations.
