(1) Vendor needs to provide parks and recreation software. – Software services, implementation, and costs from qualified parks and recreation software management companies interested. – Provide excellent customer service to our customers by providing a comprehensive, easy–to–use registration software that can be efficiently utilized from computers, tablets, or phones. – To interface software programs including Tyler technologies, team sideline, civic plus (website host), social media, Microsoft office suite, adobe, and canva. – Provide the past five–year detailed fee schedule for software licensing to clients and include the annual increase expected for future years. – To reduce the number of software programs required to manage parks and recreation services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 17, 2025. (3) Intent to bid must be submitted no later than October 31, 2025.
