The City of Morgan Hill is seeking a qualified parks and recreation planning consulting firm to provide professional services for the creation of an update to the City’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan (2028–2038). The plan will provide a 10-year vision and strategic framework for park development, capital reinvestment, recreation programming, and operational management.
