Parking Lot Improvements Service

The government authority in Uncasville, Connecticut is seeking a contractor to provide parking lot improvement services. The work includes field measuring and confirming dimensions and layouts for the parking lot, sidewalks, and curbs, as well as mobilizing to the site and maintaining protections for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.

The contractor will furnish, install, and maintain erosion and sedimentation controls; demolish and remove existing pavement, gravel base, sidewalks, curbs, and other site features as needed; and install the new parking lot pavement section, curbs, storm drainage, sidewalks, ADA-compliant ramps with detectable warnings, and new plantings in accordance with the contract drawings. The project also includes temporary and permanent roadway pavement restoration and turf re-establishment.
