(1) Vendor needs to provide park construction services to construct new amenities to the government authority located in Port Charlotte, FL.– Amenities included in the project are expanded roadway, two (2) parking lots, park access road, a 10–foot wide concrete multipurpose trail, a 6–foot wide concrete multipurpose trail, signage, landscaping, and natural kayak launch.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on December 9,2025.
