DESCRIPTION


The procuring organization seeks a vendor to provide, implement, configure, host, maintain, and support a comprehensive cloud-based Park and Recreation Business Management System. The selected vendor will be responsible for all software, professional services, project management, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, training, deployment, hosting, maintenance, and support required to successfully implement and operate the system.

The system must support centralized management of individual, household, family, and organizational customer accounts, including contact and demographic information, family relationships, residency status, account notes, alerts, documents, photographs, and tags.
