(1) Vendor needs to provide paratransit and micro transit intelligent transportation system.– Include the installation and communications linkages of hardware and software that will support the total micro transit and paratransit systems which shall have the functionality requirements described below.– System shall be installed, tested, and conveyed to HDPT as a “turnkey” system; this will include training of HDPT management and staff until they are familiar and comfortable with the system’s operations.– Backlight (possibly adjustable) for night driving.– GPS Odometer accurate to at least industry standard.– Industry standard shock tested for durability that can withstand the rigors of daily use.– Backup power to maintain driver login information as well as manifests when vehicle is turned off.– Adjustable volume capability for audio output.– Mobile data terminal software.– Dispatch and administration software.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
