(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach and media services.– responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing media placements for the campaign on a project–by–project basis.– Proposed media placements across all relevant channels, including digital, social media, print, radio, television, and out–of–home platforms.– Ability to deliver a wide range of services using multiple media channels, including digital, print, radio, out–of–home, and social media.– Each project will have its own specific goals, target audiences, and messaging priorities.– Provides personalized nutrition education, breastfeeding support, supplemental foods, and referrals to healthcare and social services.– This includes coordinating with media vendors, tracking deliverables, and verifying that placements meet campaign.– All digital strategies must align with the campaign’s broader communication goals, reinforcing awareness of the program and its services while promoting consistent branding and community engagement.– Responsible for developing all creative materials and assets required to support the program’s outreach, education, and engagement goals.– Responsible for developing and implementing research–driven, evidence–based strategies to support the program’s outreach and communications efforts.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 23, 2026.
