(1) Vendor needs to provide outreach and engagement services.– Provide outreach, engagement, and communications activities, as well as provide meeting facilitation services, as needed.– Activities will include managing the development of a new outreach and engagement plan for the commission’s work, developing outreach and communications plans for specific commission activities, supporting the coordination and management of the commission’s outreach efforts, and facilitating meetings and workshops.– Provide support for the commission’s communications activities, including drafting or editing text for the commission’s website and social media, news releases, and other communications; developing graphics and handouts; reviewing the commission’s online content for potential improvements.– Develop short–term outreach, engagement, and communications plans for specific commission efforts and workflows, including the water storage investment program.– Include strategic planning of communications and outreach, social media strategy; relationship development, mission advancement; public participation and engagement at commission meetings.– Support coordination and implementation of the commission’s outreach and engagement activities, including developing and tracking workplans, deadlines, and action items; identifying and conducting outreach to interested parties; scheduling and facilitating meetings with interested parties.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 5, 2026.
