(1) Vendor needs to provide Oral Health Virtual Reality Software. – Acquire high–fidelity VR software scenarios specifically designed for pediatric dental hygiene and dental assisting education. – The VR scenarios should accurately simulate realistic oral health care environments and incorporate industry–standard tools, procedures, and techniques as interactive virtual assets. – Delivery of the final compiled VR software in fully tested, functional format, preloaded onto existing headsets. – The software must be modular and scalable to accommodate future scenario additions without requiring full system reinstallation. – Detailed storyboards, scripts, and interaction flowcharts developed collaboratively with to define narrative pathways, decision points, and performance criteria. – API references and asset management details. – Maintenance and troubleshooting guidance. – VR headsets to load software onto.
