A vendor is sought to provide high-fidelity Virtual Reality (VR) software tailored for pediatric dental hygiene and dental assisting education in British Columbia. The required VR scenarios must accurately replicate realistic oral health care settings, incorporating interactive virtual assets that represent industry-standard tools, procedures, and techniques.

The VR software should be modular and scalable, allowing seamless future expansion with additional scenarios without necessitating a full system reinstall. Delivery expectations include the final compiled software in a fully tested, functional state, preloaded onto the organization's existing VR headsets. Collaborative development is required to produce detailed storyboards, scripts, and interaction flowcharts, establishing narrative pathways, decision points, and performance benchmarks. Additional deliverables include comprehensive API documentation, asset management information, and maintenance and troubleshooting guidance.

The contract term for this engagement will be two years.
