DESCRIPTION

The buyer is seeking a vendor to implement and operationalize the Oracle EBS Fixed Assets Module. The scope includes solution design, configuration, custom development, testing, deployment, training, and knowledge transfer. The implementation must support seamless integration with specified systems and align with defined business use cases and requirements.

A major component of the work involves data migration of capital and movable fixed assets from existing sources into Oracle EBS. Historical fixed asset data, including buildings, water meters, infrastructure, and pipe assets, must be migrated from Excel files. Movable asset data currently maintained in a legacy mainframe system and available in an Oracle database must also be migrated and structured for use within the new module.

The solution must support creation of new fixed asset records through user-friendly forms, including entries for water meters and movable assets. It must also include mobility-specific fields, validation rules, and automated asset ID generation compatible with interface requirements. In addition, the system should allow users to view and update movable asset records, track location changes, maintain audit trails, and provide real-time synchronization with interfaced systems.

Questions are due by July 17, 2026.
