DESCRIPTION
The vendor will provide comprehensive Testing-as-a-Service for the district’s Oracle Cloud application portfolio and serve as its strategic testing partner. Responsibilities include testing strategy development, test planning and management, execution, documentation, continuous improvement, and quality assurance support for Oracle Cloud releases, system enhancements, integrations, and business initiatives.
The services will include developing, maintaining, and optimizing manual and automated test scripts; validating quarterly updates for Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and SCM applications; and validating monthly updates for EPM applications. The vendor will also identify, track, prioritize, retest, and support the resolution of defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
For each testing cycle, the vendor will provide release-readiness assessments and quality assurance reporting, including executive dashboards, test execution metrics, test coverage, defect trends, automation metrics, key risks, and production-readiness recommendations. Services will cover release validation, regression testing, test automation, defect management, reporting, and ongoing quality assurance across the district’s Oracle Cloud applications. The contract period will be one year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 24, 2026, and questions must be submitted by September 3, 2026.
