The government authority in Lansdale, Pennsylvania seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive operational audit services. The scope includes evaluating existing efficiencies, infrastructure, and technology utilization, with the objective of delivering strategic recommendations to guide future contracted service requirements. Vendors will conduct fleet and equipment audits, assess facilities and garage operations, and review operational workflows, including traffic flow, bus parking configuration, mechanic workspaces, fueling access, and dispatch operations for optimal efficiency and safety.
